Keeping your cold storage unit clean is important to the product housed within the unit and for the unit itself. We provide a specialist cleaning service of cold storage units, and this, along with all our services are carried out at a time convenient to our clients. We can schedule these services as frequently as required but also offer one-off appointments to carry out these works.
How Cold Storage Cleaning Works
- a full risk assessment is carried out on site all obstacles are removed where possible
- all work is carried out using a 3000psi power washer in conjunction with a Hotbox to heat the water to 150 degrees to kill all germs
- a vacuum is used to vacuum up all water to aid with drying all water is put in an ibc tank and taken offsite
- a flat surface cleaner is used to speed up cleaning so the cold storage is in as little downtime as possible.
